News & Events

We had an incredible February! 90 cats were adopted which is an enormous feat that would not be possible without our volunteers & supporters - thank you! To allow time for paperwork and cleaning, we will be closing the adoption center on weekdays March 11-22. We will continue to be open for adoptions on Saturdays and Sundays during this period.

We are experiencing issues with PetFinder.
Please view our adoptable cats here.

RENOVATIONS

In order to continue our live-saving work, to expand our opportunities to help cats in need and to enrich their time at the rescue, we need to improve and grow our building.

Connecticut Cat Connection is a non-profit, no-kill organization dedicated to the welfare of animals.

Our efforts are focused primarily on finding loving homes for the many cats that are strays, abused, abandoned, surrendered, or impounded. All animals are given medical attention and vaccinated before placement and spayed or neutered .

We are a small shelter comprised of 100% volunteers dedicated to helping homeless cats find their forever families.  We adopt 600-800 cats a year.
